Purchased a vehicle about a month ago, my sales rep Edward Mayzler made me promises that were in my contract that he couldn’t keep as well as the general manager! Never heard so many excuses from a dealership in my life , Edward went as far as telling me the day e was supposed to pick up my car that he got into an accident (in my area) and got a concussion and broken wrist! DO NOT BUY FROM GEORGE HARTE INFINITI!!!! On my last vehicle purchased from GH I also added on the extended vehicle and Tire / Wheel package - GH now refuses to honor a claim on the wheels, I am now going to Devan Infiniti in Fairfield who will openly honor that same warranty, I will be using Devan for all future Infiniti service and purchases!
