Terrible experience. Salesperson was non responsive, unreliable and unapologetic—Unprepared for our final sale despite plenty of time. He never followed up with me after my purchase, despite my needing repairs on a preowned vehicle that supposedly passed rigorous inspection. Would never go here again or recommend anyone else do business there.

BE AWARE! NISSAN/INFINITY CAN'T BE TRUSTED... They originally agreed to defer May's payment and then they denied and or rescinded that action because they claimed I never made the request. They then began to harass me and threaten my outstanding credit if a payment wasn't received immediately. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. 5 hours to simply pay (offered cash and they wanted financing for the dealer incentive, so we accommodated if they made it neutral). Despite a bill of sale for $X, when we registered online, saw a bill of $X+$6K. Gave us wrong paperwork initially. Salesman bolted and left us when free lunch arrived. Terrible...
After months of looking for a car to replace the one I already had and loved, George Harte Infinity had it! They went ABOVE and beyond to get me into the car I oh so loved. My team of guys that helped were fantastic! Thank you again Eric, Luis and Edward! Very happy customer here! Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
Really rude experience today. I’ve never been treated so poorly and with such disinterest from a sales person. Leland, the sales manager was great. The sales person he passed me off to was another story. The car i wanted to see was sold, i didn’t get to look at inventory myself, i just got handed paper with the car he thought i would like. I could barely understand him as he was such a low talker. I also didn’t bring any of my finance paper work with me as i wanted to test drive first.
