Had my bike in for a silver service plus some extras – Neil was really friendly and provided great customer service. The work was done to a high standard and now it rides like an absolute dream, smooth and effortless. Turnaround was just a few working days. Really glad I chose local over a big-name retailer – the personal service made all the difference. He didn’t oversell and pointed out what will need doing in the future. Top job, highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent shop - I brought my frame in for some work that needed unusual tooling that wasn't available at the bike shops near where I live - I explained on the phone that I wasn't local and asked if he could turn it around while I went and got a coffee, and he happily obliged. Couldn't believe my luck, and very reasonably priced too. Thank you.
