It’s very disappointing when you try to purchase local but this dealership is $4,000 more than other dealerships for the same vehicle.
I only drive a Ford vehicle! The guys at Ballentine have always been friendly and courteous. The service department as well.
This dealership is absolutely amazing!! I purchased my first brand new car at the end of May and was completely overwhelmed when we decided to start looking! With the ease of purchase we had with our salesperson Manning Counts, we would purchase 100 new cars if we could! After having my AC line replaced in my Mustang, the check engine light came on. They let me drop off my car before the part came in & kept it safe. Replaced the part & had it ready for me when I got back from vacation. Ricky was on top of it every time I called, he knew the status & kept me updated. I always knew what I was going to owe before it was done. Excellent service & communication!
Everything went well except that it took more waiting time than I expected. This was probably because there were so many customers. Overall, very satisfied.
