My best friend got a truck he didn’t like he called the next day they said there was a no return policy then 2 weeks later owner son finally contacted him and said we might could of done something but it is too late now. He had been trying to contact owner but he would never respond and had son respond when it was too late.
Service. Everything was just as they said.
They could have done what they had promised me instead of me having to continue to go back (3 times) to get the problem fixed and then the car was not delivered on time (one day late and I still had to call and remind them).
Having purchased my F-150 there in 2011, I have received nothing short of excellent service on my truck. I recently had a transmission issue with my truck ( at 132500 miles ) and was very pleased to learn upon visiting and taking it to Ballentine's service dept. , that this repair was covered by an extended warranty that I either had forgotten, or was unaware of! WooHoo!!
Best car buying experience I have ever had!! I loved working with Justin when I got my car last fall. He help me get the car I fell in love with. I have used your service department and they are wonderful! I tell everyone where I got my car and if they need a car go to Ballentine Ford😊

Great Sales & Service, If you are looking for a new vehicle it is worth your time to go to Ballentine Ford and ask for Shorty, I am over 70 years old and Shorty is by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. When it comes to service again go to Ballentine and ask for Ricky, great service.
Had an appointment with a recall on my 2018 F-150. They said it would take an hour, and they were right on the time. Very nice people in the service department !
