Bailey Durham has continually been wonderful! She has helped me test drive numerous vehicles and always shown great understanding when it wasn’t “the one” I wanted. Today, I saw the 2019 Ford Escape online & she had it ready for test drive within 10 minutes. It’s “the one”! Thank you Bailey and Ballentine!!
