Called about a car to see if they would work on the price with me and was on board right away. We dealt with Randy who was very clear with what needed to be said and patient with us. Very friendly staff and not high pressure. In and out the door in under 20 minutes. Would do business again!
We recently bought our 3rd Ford from Justin Dougherty. Each time he has gone above and beyond to insure we were getting exactly what we were looking for. I would not buy from anyone else. Not only is the Sales Department great at Ballentine Ford but Craig in the Finance Department makes it all so simple. No one there never tries to push you into anything. They all look out for your best interests. Also the Service and Office people are experinced and friendly.
The service department is outstanding. In and out, with courteous associates.

So pleased with how my first car buying experience went. I HIGHLY recommend Steven Lynch. He wasn't pushy and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle for me and what I could afford. I have had wonderful experiences with Ballentine. They are professional offer personal coustomer interaction. I would not buy a car from anywhere else.
Great people with great service. I have a small business in town with over 20 vehicles & could not make it without them. No need to shop anywhere else.
We bought our Ford Flex a month ago, and we've had nothing but problems from it. We called about our rim being cracked which was making my tire go flat and they said it wasn't their problem. Would never buy anything from here again.
As far as buying a vehicle from them they are great and I would buy there again but I am not happy with the service department. They care more about the almighty dollar than they do the customer. Be very careful when they say something needs to be done because they DO NOT always tell you how much it cost nor how long it will take to do it. Be very cautious of the service department on repairs, oil changes and other stuff! Not a happy customer am I.
