I was referred to Dr. Aguiar as "the best knee replacement surgeon". I was limping, it was difficult to use the stairs or go up or down a hill. I had given up tennis and had to cancel travel plans. I ended up going to PT to try to improve and was told if I didn't stop limping soon, I would likely limp permanently. I continued with PT and aqua classes until my scheduled surgery date. Dr. Aguilar is great! He fixed my clavicle from cycling and my ACL from skiing. I had fast and full recoveries from both. He'll be my doctor when I break something new!

Exceptional physician! I'm a health care consultant, it takes me a lot to be impressed! Excellent doctor, phenomenal bed side. Discussed my condition in detail, treatment options and suggested a course of treatment. He performed an intervention at the office flawlessly. I live in Florida, yet I am going to continue traveling here to pursue care with him!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Appointment was on time. Dr. Aguiar took the time to answer all my questions. He is excellent in his field, and I highly recommend him.
I had MAKO knee replacement on 7/1/2021 by Dr Aguiar. Having had a traditional knee replacement in 2017 (not MAKO), I can attest that the MAKO is head and shoulders above traditional. There was less swelling, less pain, more mobility and at 3 months post-op with MAKO, I was where I was at 6 months post-op with traditional surgery. Dr.Aguiar did amazing job on my mom’s knee!!!! She is very happy and just in 2 months after knee replacement everything is fine. She is 80 years old and didn’t have any problem with and after surgery!
First visit with Dr. Aguiar for severe osteoarthritis in knee. Was very clear about short and long term prognosis and treatment. Will see again and recommend to others as well.
The office staff were pleasant and helpful. I saw the doctor right away and he is helping me resolve some hip pain problems. I had very good results and have some more visits coming up. Highly recommend Dr Aguiar
