Fantastic service and support from the first meeting. Geoff Owen is such a contrast to most estate agents, he’s not only knowledgeable about his area of business but he’s mercifully free of ‘flannel’ and marketing speak. Geoffrey Matthews have been amazing, they have been informative and efficient helping me through the sale of my first house. I cannot thank Geoffrey Matthew enough for making our recent house sale a stress free experience. Geoff, who came to do our initial valuation, was very friendly, knowledgeable and positive. We had lots of information on viewings and feedback from Bradley and, once the sale was underway, we had a weekly update from Suzanne which was very reassuring. I would highly recommend Geoffrey Matthew to anyone wanting to sell their property.
Having used Geoffrey Matthew previously, it was an easy choice when we needed an estate agent to sell my mum's property. They were all friendly, professional and guided us through the ups and downs of selling a property without any dramas or fuss. We will definitely use them again.
Absolutely shocking experience renting through these and am still awaiting a reply despite numerous phone calls and emails sent. Correspondence has been ignored and money owed to me not returned. I will persevere until someone actually returns my calls!
