Do not use this team... Unfortunately 4 years down the line, I have been advised by 2 independent solicitors to report Geoffrey Hill and Co to the SRA and Ombudsman. Tracey did not complete a task and shut down communications down completely. I have been left so financially vulnerable (close to £100k potentially lost) due to negligence ( a declaration of trust not having been logged or recorded officially) unbeknown to me. Sadly Tracey is proving to be impossible to track down & is appalling at responding to emails or coming back to her clients in any way. We are now trying to get our paperwork back from them (the originals that they insisted were posted, for them to ignore) so that we can go elsewhere. The problem is, how do you retrieve paperwork from someone who doesn’t respond?! We started this process in December with them. I recently completed a house sale and John was my solicitor. He's a no nonsense type of guy which I prefer. He gets the job done. No issues at all and everything completed in a timely manor. I'd definitely use this firm again. Thank you 😊👍
