Unprofessional, rude, time wasters. Save yourself the hassle!
Absolutely wonderful from the first visit to see the job. Geoff kept us up to date and sent photographs. All workers were really polite and professional. They were clean workers so cleaned up each night. Geoff sorted a car detailer after they had finished to valet my car at the end of the job. No hesitation to recommend and when my extension roof goes they will be the only firm I contact.
Had to sort out elderly and frail parents gutter etc as rotting and holes in it. The service we received was brilliant. Job well done. Thanks.
Asked them to do a job. Agreed a price then was messed about for weeks and weeks with excuses not why he couldn't give me a date to do the work. Not answering a lot of calls and texts. I knew they was so busy and said don't worry I don't mind waiting but if you can give me a date I don't mind wait a Month or two. At last got a date for work then was changed to a couple of days after. No one turn up on the day no one called so had to call them myself.
