Dr. Shiva is a true professional. She was gentle and calm, and talked me through what was happening and what to expect or feel. The whole appointment was smooth, reassuring, and genuinely a really nice experience. Could not recommend her highly enough. Thanks again.
Had a checkup scale clean and polish with airflow today with Lily - she was gentle but thorough and explained the process as she went along which was reassuring. A great experience will definitely see her again.
Excellent experience as a new patient with Dr Lily Furniss today. Has been awhile between appointments but Lily put me at ease by talking through each step and was very conscious about sensitivity on the clean/polish. For anyone worried about their oral health, Dr Lily offers a totally judgement free visit.
Dr Lily Furniss is a calm, confident and friendly dentist. She talked me through the whole process and I felt at ease the whole time. She was sure to check in on sensitivity to avoid discomfort and was quick to act in the areas that are usually the most uncomfortable. Dental assistant Faye was excellent too - wielding excellent control with the suction (have had so many people go wild with this so it was great she was so careful). Will definitely make this my regular place - very happy with the experience and price.
Really happy with the work at gentle smiles. Had great and realistic fillings done by Anne Marie after a clear and helpful initial consultation and clean. Will be continuing with them for any further treatment
