Waiting 45 minutes for a 3 y.o. is tough even with the best behaved 3 y.o. and not overly thrilled with our hygienist - we prefer Andrea by far!!!!! She is organized, kind, patient, very thorough - explains everything!
Andrea was amazing as always - we really miss Dr. Wolf
I do not like the hygiene st assigned to Mt the last two visits. I feel that she talks down to me like I'm a child. I know mu issues and don't need to be lectured.
The dental hygienist was friendly and warm. She made easy conversation and also answered my questions very knowledgeably. The doctor I saw was with me very briefly and I was surprised he didn't stay longer, however, he was very informative and clear. Overall it was a very good experience.
The staff In Hutch were very kind and sympathetic to my anxiety and shame in the condition of my teeth. I am excited to regain a beautiful pain free smile.
I had a filling done at your clinic and when i got home my tooth was no longer number with each and every bite i have extreme pain. I was there on money . The only day i had off for the week and i live an hour and a half from your clinic. I called to tell them that my tooth has a lot of pain and they told me to come back it would only take 10 min But if i would have drove back that day you would have already been closed and the he rest of the week i have to work. His hygenist was very rough and rushed through his cleaning and left the sealants all over his cheeks and tongue. Left the silver circle things and his mouth and made him remove them himself. Was very unhappy with the appointment.
I am very afraid of the dentist, and you guys made me feel comfortable and at ease, thank you
After 30 years of neglect on my part,was made to feel real comfortable,and encouraged that are solutions to the issues.
