Easy to make appointment, only downfall was dental assistant could not figure out how to pull my xrays up in exam room. Also, they didn't numb my mouth before they started scraping. Im going through extreme gum pain. They wanted me to by the flouride mouth wash. They wouldn't just send it to pharmacy so I can afford it.
I have always been satisfied with my visits to Gentle Dentistry. I have been extremely satisfied with the hygentists and the dentists.
They take the time to listen to you. They ask is you have any questions and take the time to answer them.
My appointment was at 11:00 am. I arrive and got in about 15 minutes late. After I was in the chair, the hygenist cleaned my teeth like always and finished. Then I waited about thirty minutes for the doctor to come in and look at my teeth for about two minutes, say they were good. And walked out. Then when I was walking out to reschedule my appointment and the receptionist was on the phone. Waiting 45 minutes for a 3 y.o. is tough even with the best behaved 3 y.o. and not overly thrilled with our hygienist - we prefer Andrea by far!!!!! She is organized, kind, patient, very thorough - explains everything!
Andrea was amazing as always - we really miss Dr. Wolf
I do not like the hygiene st assigned to Mt the last two visits. I feel that she talks down to me like I'm a child. I know mu issues and don't need to be lectured.
The dental hygienist was friendly and warm. She made easy conversation and also answered my questions very knowledgeably. The doctor I saw was with me very briefly and I was surprised he didn't stay longer, however, he was very informative and clear. Overall it was a very good experience.
