My sons appt was scheduled for 2:50. We arrived at 2:40; at 3:07 I asked the receptionist how much longer, and she rudely replied " your appt was at 3 it's only been 7 minutes. I told her and I have a text and email confirmation my appt was at 2:50. She said nothing. We finally were seen after 3:20. Terrible experience and the receptionist was the worst part!

I was really nervous about getting fillings. It was my first time getting fillings. But they told me to bring my headphones and ipod, if that made me feel more comfortable, and crank it up as loud as I wanted. It made me feel more at ease.

The staff is very courteous, friendly, professional and always concerned with my level of comfort. They take the time to explain what they're finding and what the pros and cons for are for treatment options. I appreciate their professionalism and compassion.

Good experience with one qualification. A test was performed to determine if the nerves in one tooth were healthy & it proved to be successful but it would have been nice to have a clearer explanation as to what I could expect during the procedure. I was SUPPOSED to feel pain as the nerves were stimulated but I was not told this so I was caught off-guard when I experienced a pretty significant jolt of pain. I wasn't happy withdraw girl that was cleaning my teeth. She seemed very short and irritated. I have been to another dentist and this place wasn't as thorough. Poked around a lot (which hurt) especially after I explained that my back teeth were tender. the brushing part wasn't very good, seemed too quick and she didn't even floss. The dentists was very nice and helpful and explained what he was doing and was trying to help but wasn't happy with the girl that cleaned. If you're having a bad day shouldn't be at work.
