I didn't feel very welcomed when I entered the office, I then had to wait 22 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. The hygienist that was provided to me was very rough with the equipment in the exam room into the chair I was in. During my cleaning she repeatedly shprayed my face with water and at one point, the equipment came apart and shot water all over my face and neck. Not one apology was uttered. One I arrived at the office I had to fill out paperwork, about 5 minutes after I finished the paperwork I was in the dentist chair, doctor came in before the assistant even opened my mouth, doc said I had small cavity forming, and that I would have to be back to get it filled. The assistant then cleaned my teeth and I was out in about 15-20 minutes.

Our family moved to the area this summer and this was my first visit. Tesalyn, did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and working around my braces.
