Last dental appointment I had was on 9/18. The dentist never instructed me to take Amoxicillin regularly to bring infection down prior to extraction Appt; therefore, he poked and injected my tooth and the surrounding gums no less than 10 times until calling it quits and recommended me to another dentist who can sedate me. Im not happy with there service every time I need my teeth to be removed they refuse to be able to do so. Im having jaw issues and they say cant help me unless they remove a bone in my mouth. Then they might send me to another specialist..to do the operation. Im to happy with them..

I wasnt numbed up before the novocaine was injected, not was I under sedation even tho the iv was in my arm. This caused me to sweat and my blood pressure to drop. Therefor they did not do my procedure. I have spoken to many people since, and I should have been put under sedation before novocaine was injected.

I was bringing my 14 year old son into gentle dental to have a cavity evaluated per his orthodontist. From arriving to the front desk to going into the exam area, I remember thinking that I should go and contact another dental practice. The receptionist repeatedly told me I needed a referral from his ortho. in order to be looked at. This is not a common practice as gentle dental was going to take X-rays and give us a diagnosis . I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes after filling out the paperwork, and waiting for my last dental office to email my x-rays. After that I had to get another half dozen 2 dozen x-rays taken in the back. After sitting and waiting in the chair for yet another 45 minutes, I had had enough and got nothing left. There is nothing that I dislike and that gives me more anxiety than sitting and waiting indefinitely and doctors and dentist office with my mental and physical disabilities. ... read more

I am terrified of dentist and their offices. My dentist was awesome in educating me on the procedure he was performing and even made me laugh while performing it. I will NOT go anyplace else.
