Love the Dr Botana and his positive attitude! However there's been an on going confusion about the removal of Cameron's wisdom teeth. I've had conflicting answer from insurance, to the actual extraction as well as wether she needs a ct scan or not this information has all been gathered into one envelope from an orthodontist, gentle dental, q dental and 1 other! Dental hygein did not do a professional manner left me with blood on my teeth did not offer to make it better only treated me poorly like if I was going to contaminate chair and faucet witch the purpose is to cleanse my mouth
When I came to my visit to get my tooth pulled, it was not explained to me what I should eat. Should I rinse my mouth with mouth wash? If so how many times per day. It was not explained to me what my treatment plans should be.
Every time I come in for a visit the staff is so nice and they make sure I'm comfortable when they do any procedure.
Dr. Delima and everyone at Gentle Dental is wonderful and treat me very well.
