You guys/girls are excellent an took good cure of me
It has been a very emotion time for me with my teeth being the way they are. And Gentle Dental has made sure that i get my teeth back and so far its been a great experience. Im very glad i chose gental dental to be my dentist
This is the place to go to for dental needs. The staff is and understanding.
Most of the staff seemed inexperienced. I waited for 2 hours in the dentist chair and NEVER SAW THE DENTIST THE ASSISTANTS LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THEY JUST LEFT ME THERE WITH NO EXPLANATION THEY WERE UN ORGANIZED ASSISTANTS WERE ENTERING IN AND OUT MY STATION TAKING SUPPLIES OUT MY STATION TO USE AT OTHER PATIENT STATIONS. IT WASNT UNTIL I BECAME VOCAL WHEN STAFF DECIDED TO ADDRESS ME. ONLY TO TELL ME I WAS BEING INAPPROPRIATE... I absolutely love the level of care that I get there from the reception staff up front all the way to the technician in the back that creates and maintains my dentures. Dr. Botona is the best dentist I have had in years. To me you are all like family because of the level of care you provide and the time you ALL take to get to know your patients. Your Hygienist was extremely rushed, (8 minutes to clean my teeth) and rude- she kept telling my I do not floss and I do, and was very rough, and she hurt me several times. My step-mother until she came down with MS was my hygienist so I have a good comparison and there is NO way she cleaned my teeth in 8 minutes. I am going to report this to my Health Care Provider as this was NOT a cleaning.
The care is great and so is the dentist. The staff are helpful and friendly. I have had a good experience on multiple occasions.
I did not enjoy the cleaning the lady rush through my cleaning she did a half job did not do well and broke my gums scratching them and leaving them bleeding and three different spots being careless and she didn't clean my teeth well
On every appointment the ppl are always friendly and curtuiois,professional
