I am so happy with Gentle Dental!!!!!! The staff is extremely friendly & made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend them to any one who needs dental care,
I did have to wait 17 minutes before I was taken back, but once I was greeted by hygienist I felt comfortable as she was very friendly. She explained everything as she was taking X-rays. The dentist was nice and friendly also and did a thorough exam. I am very pleased to be a new patient.
All was great except the wait to be seen. The doctor was polite and friendly. Just don't think a person should wait 45 minutes for an appointment.
I like dental care they keep my teeth clean and they take ggod care of my teeth.
Still waitin on one of my prescriptions to be filled the doctor didn't put a Max on the Tylenol with codeine so now I have to wait for it but other than that not too bad they're very kind
No services were provided. I have to come back for my teeth cleaning.
5 star rating. Good customer service. Staff made me feel comfortable in which they knew I was very nervous. The dentist was very pleasant.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. I was greeted warmly and given the paperwork to fill it while I waited for my appointment. I have anxiety about dentistry and the whole experience yet the dentist jumped right in taking photos and poking about before even asking about what my intentions were. He seemed very short and condescending...he kept repeating “the government doesn’t pay for that” instead of possibly explaining what my options were. I left the office and will never return.
