My dentist, Dr. D'Lima and all the Gentle Dental nurses and staff were outstanding! Their level of professionalism is unmatched. They really care for the patient to make sure they are comfortable and happy. Their attention to detail was fantastic. I just had a complete "mouth makeover" over the past several months. This included teeth fillings, extraction of bad teeth and a set of lower and upper dentures. if anyone is looking for a dentist in the Rochester area, I would recommend Gentle Dental. You will not be disappointed!
I wanted to leave a review because I have seen some negative reviews about this place. I was having trouble finding a dentist that would accept my insurance which is through the state not private. I called gentle dental and not only did they accept my insurance they got me an appointment the next day. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The dental assistants were really attentive and answered all my questions. Received a call was told I could still be seen with my insurance being In active since it was within 6 months (was there for adjustment) took an lyft to get there and was told I could not be seen even though it was an adjustment for ill fitting dentures I can’t wear total waste of my time and money
The teeth cleaning I received was the worst teeth cleaning ever I've never had such little care and fast the an inaccurate procedure like that. there was still Film and plaque on the top near the gum of most my teeth... then after they were not clean then polished....but she touched each tooth like once for a second and I had to ask her to do the front a little more and she acted as if I was bothering her. her name was dots something horrible ! after that dental cleaning that just goes to show me what's to come, I will defin... read more
I love gental dental the best service ever I've been client for over 8 years now I know I'm in good hands
The staff is very nice and present, the doctor Dr. Lima I would not recommend him he was rude and was planning on taking out teeth that did not need to be taken out. I went to a new denist to get a second opinion and they told me that my teeth was fine!
