Good service. Wait time was about five minutes give or take what my schedule time was. Experience with Doctor and staff was pleasant.
Great and friendly staff - exceptional service
I traveled from Alfred area to visit Gentle Dental Care in Rochester area, and my experience was second to none! The professionals in that space are intentional with their work, and very time efficient. I enjoyed the many professionals that I came across. Everyone seemed to work as a well oiled machine. Thank you all for your working efforts!
Waiting room time 40 mins overall I was there 90 minutes for X-ray and cleaning
Gentle Dental Care, is a very nice good place for anyone to have dental service there. The receptionist and dental it's very very patient and kind. I really love the place. And yes it is very highly recommended to anyone.
I enjoy coming here as a patient underneath Dr Botana & Dr DeLiama! They are wonderful & very informative. They are always respectful nice & professional.
Great service no changing anything the young lady that call me in was wonderful
I sat down for about 10 minutes and then I was seen by the dentist .Everything was done well very happy with the outcome
he Receptionists could be more welcoming, I was not greeted when i walked in and i stood at the desk without being acknowledged for several minutes. The woman who cleaned my teeth was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse in the red was informative and warm. The Doctor was the best dentist i ever been to in my entire life, he was warm and very through. The only problem i had was feeling kinda looked over when i walked into the waiting room.
