Polite, friendly and efficient staff
I have nothing but praise for the entire team at Genix .from the reception team who make you feel welcome from the first telephone call to the dental nurses who help reassure the most nervous patient to the Dentist who are all pure professionals .. Thank you so much for all your help with my dental problems and a big thank you to Hollie and team for the dental care
Very disappointed in this particular dentist visit. The dentist had little people skills, she spoke to my 12 year old autistic son like he was an adult, not a child, more so a child with additional needs which the practice is aware of due to it being on his record there. After putting the fear of god in him after talking about the injection / needle, tugging and a lot of discomfort infront of him, she impatiently proceeded to give him the injection.
