Staff are less friendly than before. They don't even greet you anymore, they just scan your card and that's it!!
It can get better, since they switched to Genesis more machines are broken. The company doesn't really care to fix them in a timely manner. They don't seem to care very much, I asked for a eta and they said there is only one guy who can fix the equipment so whenever he gets a chance.
