RecommendedIs it crazy to say "the gym is my second home"? Not at Genesis Health Club on Old Cheney. When I have a stressful day this is a great place to come and vent out those frustrations. Not only do the group fitness classes kick your butt they are truly fun and designed for all levels of fitness. I LOVE THIS GYM !!
Recommended2 minutes ago I really enjoy lifting at Aspen, the racks are organized and clean and there is a great area for agility and athletic training. One of the trainers, Tina Ricaurte, showed me new exercises with that equipment. I also love how friendly and available the staff are for assistance.
RecommendedI had an excellent time training with Tina Ricaurte, who showed me a variety of fun and challenging exercises and helped me with stretching and posture. The staff and patrons were all in a good mood and it was easy to see why - the layout and design of the gym felt very inviting. I'm definitely coming back!
RecommendedEasily my favorite place to workout. Such a variety. Definitely something for everyone. Haven’t found an instructor I dislike and I’ve been going to workout classes 4x a week since June. HIGHLY recommend
RecommendedGenesis is THE best place to workout and get fit! They have amazing group classes and great personal trainers. I haven’t ever been to a group fitness class I didn’t walk out sweaty and feeling great! I highly recommend.
