It was better when it was 24hr Fitness. They don't do add good a job of racking weights since the chain. Shower curtains in the men's locker room is an improvement. My billing has also gotten messed upn so not happy about that
Typical sales tactics by the staff. Misleading, lacking in coherency lack of desire to please the clients instead of rack up a sale. At 135th and Blackbob equipment is worn out. Sorry. Poor choice for a gym.
They didn't honor my 3 personal training sessions from 24 hr fitness.
Sucks! Paid 15$ for one day! Even my sister gave referral names👎🏼 Im not impressed!
Landon and company are great people. Staff is nice, facilities are excellent. They do a tremendous job!
This place is trash. Workers are rude and racist as well
I am so unbelievably disappointed in the changes. The gym is constantly dirty, hot, and in disarray. The customer service is a complete joke. I joined (Gold's) because of the instructors of the Group X classes and now the classes that I attended every week are gone. I will be leaving at the end of my contract which thankfully ends soon. Don't join Genesis.
