I have recently start going to the Olathe/24 hour Fitness CLUB because it is open 24 hours. I usually go to the main Genesis Club on Overland Park but it is not open 24-hours. Genesis Health Clubs is great no matter where you go. Great equipment, nice staff, and a great variety of options when exercising. I do like 24-hours fitness locations a little more because they have TV's on all their equipment. I I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for well over 6 years now. The fact that they are trying to squeeze 2 gym populations into one is awful! It's way too crowded, the people are not friendly, and there's never paper towels in the holders. That's one of the little things to me that's very important. I HATE IT! I started going to 24 Hour Fitness because of convenience. I was a member of Gold's Gym. When my membership is over I will be going to Snap Fitness. Horrible since the take over. I have never been to your gyms, however my fiancé used to go to 119th st. Since they closed that one she cancelled her membership two months ago. She is still getting charged monthly membership fees and when she tries to contact anyone, via email, phone, smoke signals, whatever it may be, no one ever contacts us back.
