I love my gym. I visit the Blackfoot location, in Olathe, regularly. The staff is SO kind! The ladies in the KidCare are always excited to see my kids, the front desk staff is ALWAYS polite and welcoming, the membership team is always willing to answer questions (when I have them), and the trainers are, hands-down, the best! Evey is an awesome person and trainer. Always accessible to answer any questions or concerns. The front desk staff is amazing. The manager always helps with whatever problem may be. And Sam from Kids Club is such a wonderful person and friend. My girls love her so much as so do I. This gym was a great choice.
Good club. I've been going for years. Machines sometimes take quite a while to repair and more equipment is needed. Otherwise, I like the place.
Filthy.. serious layers of gunk on the elliptical pedals... handprints all over the mirrors.. smells bad � the only reason I'm giving 2 instead of 1 star.. is because the front desk staff was friendly
