RecommendedI love the group classes and the instructors that teach them at this facility. There is a good variety of classes. The instructors are great motivators when I am about out of gas. They also do well at explaining the moves when you are new. If you want/need a challenging change to your workout then I would recommend checking out a class!

The gym is kept very clean, and I notice they do attempt to update the weights as they can.
Cardio equipment is all damaged every piece has an issue and they have not upgraded or evolved this location at all
