AWFUL ! If I could give zero stars I would. Care staff are rude and disrespectful, talking across patients beds to each other in other languages meaning the care user doesn’t understand what they are saying, no respect for customers homes or property, leaving tears in sofas, chipping chunks out of your fireplace, and knocking everything on the floor and leaving it there rather than picking it up, some of their personal hygiene leaves a lot to be desired.
