These guys are amazing! I went to view a Focus and was met by Ian. He was very polite and friendly and let me take the car for a good test drive. I collected the car a few days later and met Malcolm and Jack. They too were friendly and helped me with all the paper work. They even changed the oil and filter at my request for no extra charge. I was very pleased with the service I received from Gems Motor Company. I initially met with Dean who was great and handed me the keys for a good look around the car and test drive etc. I collected the car a few days later and met Malcolm who went above and beyond, in his own personal time, to ensure everything was right. I am really pleased with my car and would recommend Gems for their service through and through. Thank you.
