Gemma made me feel completely at ease and comfortable in my surroundings. She is a friendly warm individual, who I genuinely felt could help me. Gemma's combined acupuncture and hypnotherapy treatment has been a crucial support for me through two difficult episodes of depression/anxiety. I went to see Gemma at the very end of my pregnancy when was looking for ways to help kick off labour without medical induction. Gemma was absolutely lovely and calm and I had a few relaxed sessions where I felt peaceful and listened to. I went into natural labour about 12 hours after my 3rd session. I would really recommend seeing Gemma at any point during pregnancy.
