I’ve just recently bought my new car from Gem cars, I am so pleased with the service I received from Luca he was very knowledgeable and helpful, he never pressured me into buying the car and made the whole experience painless and easy. A fantastic experience every step of the way. Luca was extremely helpful and very friendly, and was very accommodating especially considering my long journey from Scotland to purchase the vehicle. Vehicle came exactly as described and was extremely well cleaned inside and out. Cannot recommend GEM Cars enough.
This couple are not nice or genuine. Great at pretence but my god the masks come off when there’s a problem. I started proceedings against them but couldn’t carry on due to a family loss. So I’m leaving a review to warn others. They fleeced me in every way financially and Mark in particular was very nasty as well. They really pretend to be what they most definitely are not ! I saw the way they attack people in other reviews and on other sites online. I should have read between the lines
Can't fault them for anything. Travelled a long way with my brother we was greeted with nothing but courtesy and professionalism. Luca, Mark, Gina and the team were great. Smoothest purchase ever with amazing aftercare.
