One of their drivers left a lever out on his tailgate and scraped it down the side of my vehicle when driving past. The lever was locked in the outward position. He wouldn’t give me insurance details there and then, just told me to “call the firm”. I called this company and gave full details. I was promised a call back from the transport manager Graham which didn’t happen. I then had to chase this, and simply had a reply of “what’s the vehicle reg please” from Graham.
