Needed a Hive Thermostat replacement. The thermostat was replaced but the set up wasn't done correctly. He didn't connect the thermostat to the hub and advised to do it by going through the manual. He was pleasant and nice but basically did an incomplete job. Based on my experience , I wouldn't recommend for a smart thermostat installation. May be he is good at others. George came round and gave me a better quote than the well known companies and was true to his word.
