Very approachable, customer oriented and great problem-solvers.
Have used them for years and got great service. But have they closed down? Their phone number no longer connecting and they not answering emails??

Placed an order with Steve some weeks ago, for a small job in one of my flats, with the understanding that it had to be done by the2nd March as the new tenants were moving in on that day. He assured me as there was plenty of time the job would be done. I rang 4 times before the date, he never rang me once, and was assured everything would be ok. The date has long gone and still no phone call. No apology. Nothing. Will not be using GB Heatingagain. Completely unreliable. Would not have given one star if it had been possible.
