We recently bought our new home near Ely through Gavin Human. Having been in our last home for 20 years, this was a very big move for us. We liked Gavin the moment we met him and found him very reassuring and personable. He was totally on top of the purchase from beginning to end, regularly keeping us updated of progress and working as an excellent communicator between us and the vendor. Gavin provided a brilliant and very personal service. He advised me on how best to present my home (300 years old and Grade 2 listed) and organised excellent photos and video. I had been warned it could take two or three years to sell in these tricky times but Gavin lined up many potential buyers and showed them round personally and enthusiastically. The house sold within just a few months and Gavin provided support to me and the buyers between an offer being accepted and completion. I can thoroughly recommend his service.

We were very impressed with Gavin, he went above and beyond many times and helped us get over the line with our move. It's noticable that the large agents don't look after their customers in quite the same way as Gavin does. if it wasn't for his support at difficult times in the coveyancing process it's hard to see how we would have made it through it.
