Staying at the Gatlinburg Inn is now a family tradition. The location is perfect, but the way the staff goes above and beyond- that is what truly makes this place such a gem.
Sadly, we were in the area to say our final goodbyes to dear friends. Not wanting to drive home Thursday night, 11/4, we decided to stay in Gatlinburg for the night. We were lucky enough to get a room at this quaint Inn. The staff was extremely pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, a hot breakfast was included and the rates were extremely reasonable. My daughter and I just left yesterday after a four night stay. We loved our stay and will never stay anywhere else again but here! I love the history and the charm! Met so many good people here and the staff was amazing!! Loved listening to the people in the parlor in the evenings around the piano singing hymns! Thank you Gatlinburg Inn for your warm hospitality!
Just stayed there this week for the first time. We loved the Inn. Great customer service (Tammy at the desk was very nice), comfortable beds and clean rooms!

My fiance and I stayed there a year ago today. Out of all the times I've been to Gatlinburg, this trip by far, was the best. I love the wooden doors, the actual key, it is full of character & nostalgia. I got to spend four days there with my beloved fiance before losing him in October.
