My mom, sister, and I had a girls' weekend away and stayed here. We loved the vintage decor and the friendly staff. The breakfast was also great with hot food and many options. We will be staying here again!
It's is the heart of Gatlinburg. I love everything about it, the people, the rooms, Wi-Fi and how close it is to everything.
Very nice, clean, friendly staff, beautiful pool area. Can't wait to come back in warm weather and lay by the pool. Very convenient location.
Just home after a weekend visit to Gatlinburg. First time to stay here. It was very nostalgic, full of history , I loved looking at the pictures on the walls. Great breakfast, it reminded me of hotels we stayed at as kids. A full bed and twin bed � and the real keys to unlock the door made my day!

RecommendedBest hotel in the Downtown Gatlinburg area. Very clean, great breakfast, and great staff. Will stay here again. Stay here if you want to become apart of Rocky Top history.

We stayed at the Gatlinburg Inn for the first time this weekend. It was absolutely lovely. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise and made my birthday weekend in Gatlinburg that much more special. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit!
My sister and I stayed here about 1.5 yrs ago and we both felt more like guests in someones home than in a hotel. We absolutely loved being there!
