Love this place!!! Clean and friendly staff! Will not stay in any other place!
Our favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg! We always feel "at home" and love the staff. They are always helpful and friendly. The nostalgia and history it embodies makes it wonderful. The location can't be beat. The only place we will stay while in Gatlinburg!

The Staff was really nice and hospitable. When you entered the building they greeted you and if you had a questions they would go out of their way to answer them. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and the location was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The staff made our stay extra nice and the location can't be beat. The breakfast buffet is great! The Inn is full of history and charm.
In the heart of everything. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Felt like we stayed with family. Can't wait to come back.
Best location, love this historical Inn, simply the best place to stay, the Team at Gatlinburg inn are absolutely marvelous , it feels like going back to grandma's house, of course in the best possible way. I have stayed here for many years, would never leave my Gatlinburg Inn Family.

The service is great. The staff is extra warm and friendly, make you feel like family. The rooms are clean and inviting. Just returned from a visit and we are looking forward to a Thanksgiving visit.
We stayed there for the first time during Memorial Day weekend. We were reluctant bc we are a younger couple and didn't know if the retro decor was for us. This place was rich in culture, with historical photos and news articles about the hotel, the staff was so sweet and inviting and the other guests, who were much older than us, were wonderful. It was like being at our grandparents for the weekend! They even dubbed us the "kids" at the hotel. You will not find a cleaner hotel in that city. Promise you! Very quiet and warm.... read more
