We absolutely loved this place! The staff was so nice. The room was quite spacious. It reminded us of going to grandma's house, but in a good way !! This will be the only place we stay in Gatlinburg from now on!!

My wife and I were there celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time, the room was great and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the people on the street. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the front porch rockers and visiting with the other guests.I would definitely recommend The Gatlinburg Inn to anyone who is looking for a great stay in a historic hotel. Love the retro ambiance. Very nice and clean rooms. Love the mission style furniture. Very accommodating staff- was able to extend my stay at the last minute- twice. And can't beat the central location. If you want stainless steel and glass- stay elsewhere. But if you want a quiet, central location- this is THE place to stay.
Love this place, it will be our "go to" place from now on in Gatlinburg. Staff was incredible, the best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel, perfect location, awesome atmosphere.

Enjoyed my stay last week. Loved being able to use a key to get in and out of our room. Close to everything. Breakfast just right each morning. Would stay again. We had everything we needed.

Fantastic place to stay! Location is perfect, super friendly staff, extremely clean. Stayed Sept. 2015 and can't wait to go back!
