Would definitely come back and stay here! Very clean, perfect location and good breakfast. Not to mention, the staff was very friendly especially the cleaning staff. They made sure we had what we needed in our room. Extra towels, clean sheets etc. can't wait to stay and visit again! Thank you gatlinburg inn for a enjoy and memorable stay!

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Gatlinburg strip. We can't believe how quiet it is inside our room being this close to it all...fantastic. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great breakfast, and a personable staff truly committed to service and providing a great stay. Donald, Peggy, and DJ were great! Thanks y'all!

very nice hotel! rooms were clean, breakfast was great and loved that it was in walking distance to everything and i'm not sure what the ladies name was at the desk but i just want to thank her for letting my parents park there car there yesterday so they could see our hotel room and spend time with my husband and i!! next time i'm in gatlinburg i will definately be staying here again!!!!
We just love the Gatlinburg Inn, we stayed in April for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised by all of the updating that has taken place. Just a walk out the front door and you are right in the heart of Gatlinburg. Drive just a few blocks and in the Heart of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! Can't wait to stay again on our next trip down. Thank you for the great service!
