I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the maintenance staff. They are quick, polite, and always helpful. My issue is with the building and management. The heat is still on, and I understand that Chicago has a law about a certain number of days at a certain temperature, but my apartment (and many other residents') are extremely warm. My window is open, blinds are shut, and the temperature gets up to over 85 every afternoon. My experience at... (Verified Renter) My experience at Gateway has been so positive thus far. All staff (including the assistant manager and front desk staff) have been so great and helpful. Also, the style of the building/apartment is so modern and stylish! I would definitely recommend Gateway to others.

We adore the... (Verified Renter) We adore the floor to ceiling windows. They let in so much light. The amenities are great, as well. They make our busy lives a bit less hectic. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and friendly. We are really enjoying our time here.
