Verified Renter The amenities in the building are very nice. The big issue I’m having as someone that just moved in is the building said they were going to have our place cleaned for us and it was a pretty sloppy job. Crumbs in some drawers. The vent in the master bedroom’s bathroom is absolutely filthy and there were black hairs in the second bathroom.

Verified Renter Gateway is an amazing community! They are constantly finding ways to improve amenities which truly sets them apart from other apartments in the area. Gateway is also a wonderful place to live if you have pets, as they are very pet friendly. They even throw monthly parties just for our furry friends!

The best! Still loving the Gateway after all these years! Lived her 4 years! ?? I love all the building events, the Friday drinks and the community! The staff is amazing, responsive and friendly, as always. The location is the best.
