Verified Renter Community is great. One of the two is down for days every month Elevator sucks and building does not stay as clean as it should. Location is great, however crime is increasing now in the West Loop and I no longer feel safe.

Verified Renter Quiet apartment, great staff, prompt and helpful maintenance team. Beautiful pool in the summer and gym with top of the line equipment. Only complaint is that the building controls when you can turn on your heat and air conditioning with no flexibility. It can get very, very warm in the fall and spring months. My apartment has been up to 80F in November.
Verified Renter Gateway is great, with Akuba throwing great parties for tenants, free coffee, with amenities staying open all night. The main issue why I would not renew my lease here is because there are only two elevators and the majority of the time one is down and not in service.
