Verified Renter The building is nice! there have been a few issues setting things up at the beginning and we can sometimes hear things in the walls but otherwise its all fine!

Verified Renter This is a great building but one elevator always seems to be broken and takes time to fix. Rent increases are way higher than average it’s crazy.
Verified Renter Gateway Westloop is a great place to live. All of the staff is super friendly, and the location is amazing. The amenities space is really nice and there are a lot of fun community events each month.

Verified Renter The gym is dirty, and the elevator is always broken, & now street parking is very challenging and my rent was increased by $400/month for my lease renewal. This is why I won’t be renewing my lease.

Verified Renter Love the amenities and the staff. Everyone is super helpful. Mariano facing apartments do get a lot of noise from the ac vents below. Would definitely view the apartment in person for noise control.
