We got in very quickly and the doctor was helpful which is great when you baby is crying the whole time. All of the staff was super friendly.
So much for "urgent". Waited over an hour in an exam room & still wasn't seen. No one even popped their head in to let me know they hadn't forgotten about me. I ended up leaving and got an antibiotic prescription elsewhere. I don't have that kind of time with a newborn, especially when I'm really sick!
We have been there multiple times with no problems. We filed bankruptcy before they even opened. I went there yesterday and they would not see me unless I paid $60 for full visit up front and I have insurance they accept. They said it was due to the bankruptcy. Wtf? Never been problem before, and why the hell are they digging in my credit history. Plus the manly looking female doctor that is there is VERY RUDE! Awful.
Very friendly and in and out quickly! Will never go anywhere else! So much better than the Springs!
It was a busy time so wait time longer than usual. Treated well.
