Staff is friendly and short wait. However, there is an issue with prescriptions not being sent to pharmacys. My husband was seen on a Saturday evening and his prescription was never sent to his pharmacy. And since they are closed on Sundays and do not offer a after hours answering service he had to wait until Monday which is a scheduled work day for him. Went here once a couple summer ago cause I wasn't feeling well. They checked my ears like normal. Said they had a lot of wax in them. Well they offered to clean them and when they did, they proceeded to use cue tips and dug in my ears. Making the bleed then they stuck cotton balls in them. I get home this is later at night cotton ball falls out and my ear is gushing blood. NOT HAPPY!
Everyone is so nice!! I love the fact that they play Christian music and have Bibles in the exam rooms! Very professional! Got in quickly and out quickly.
Love gateway, I never have to wait long an everyone is always on their A game, their Dr`s very attentive to what I need and always concerned for my recovery of what ever my health issues, thanks again gateway!
