Had good experiences at the Cool Springs location. So I thought it would be as good in Columbia. I have been here since 8:10 for two tires and an alignment. This location is lousy! Insanely slow for the low number of customers they have.
I highly recommend this company! The people are always friendly and they know what they are doing. What is equally important to me is that they do not try to sell you something you do not need. The first time I went there I thought I desperately needed new tires. I was shown that I still had enough tread for, easily, another thousand miles. I know other companies that would have happily sold me an entire new set. Poor customer service, does not stand behind products, and a complete rip off. If could would take my 1000 and go to Summerton Tire instead. Very disappointed with this business.
I took my Ranger in yesterday. It sat from 7:30 till 3. Was called and told they looked at it and it would be $519. The Hub Assembly was broken. I tell them I was going to call around cause I didn't have that kind of cash. So I found out the part was $111 and had someone who would put it on and align my truck for half that. I went to get an alignment and I was told they couldn't do It because tie rod ends were lose. For one doing an alignment involves loosening and tighining parts such as hub assembly struts tie rods. All this was was laziness on their part. Had to leave my car overnight and was not able to find a ride to work. I am disgusted with this company. I will never use any of their service again. I am in awe

Thanks to the wonderful staff for staying open a few minutes late to help a sweet older lady we found at hobby lobby with a flat tire and getting her back on the road!!! We will be coming to see yall for tires for our big work truck!!
