I was broke down on 65SB and I am from Ohio and was traveling to see my momma in Alabama with my small pup. Tow truck took me to Gateway. Shannin was wonderful. Super friendly and om forming since I as all shook up from being on 65 in the dark alone. Kinda scary. Took a lil while but he checked on me often and also offered me cake and even made sure my pup was taken care of. Thank you for your time and helping me Gateway.
Went here for the first time today and was very happy with this store! I dropped off my flat tire to get fixed while my car got an oil change at Ford. Well I knew they were closing at noon and my car wouldn't be ready by then so I walked back to pay for the tire and they kindly drove me with the tire back to Ford. And they didn't charge me! I will definitely be coming back here when I need new tires in a few months! Excellent customer service.
I never leave reviews but we dropped off a tire with a screw and nail in it to get patched yesterday and was told it was $15, which is more than fair. Just picked it up and they said not to worry that there was no charge. It may not be too significant but it's little things that count and earn trust with your customers!
Been using Gateway for all my tire needs,they have always been very good.
These guys are a class act! Quick, friendly service.
Love when I walk in the door and am greeted by, "hey, Mrs. Andrews, what can we do for you today!"
