I went in on a busy day or them knowing I needed to be out in time to take a shower for work. I asked if they could get me in and out in under two hours. 30 minutes later I'm out the door and driving home. Love gateway in the customer service.
Gateway has taken care of our family for over 10 years now. They service our personal vehicles as well as our company trucks. From tires and oil they do it all. Gateway does business the right way!
Very very good service. That's why I always go back.
Called the day before and asked if they could realign my wife's car about 3:00 since we live out of town. They said sure we can. Bought 4 new tires and paid for an alignment last month, but car still pulls to the right. When we got there the next afternoon, there was no way they could get to it. Told me that he couldn't imagine who told me that. You may trust them, but I can't.
