Love the service here... Until today I would have recommended this place to anyone. I usually drop my vehicle and go eat lunch somewhere...today I stayed. The TV is on Fox News... I asked to change the channel... apparently the owner REQUIRES it to stay on Fox News. I will no longer support a company that endorses that FAKE News show that only spreads lies and hate. Part was marked up nearly 150%. When i went to the parts store up the road and got the part they charged 115 for labor instead of the 80 i was quoted before with the marked up part
I highly recommend Gateway Tire, they are so accommodating. Always go the extra mile to help you out. Great customer service and car service.
Cannot say enough about how helpful they were today! We were hauling a boat trailer on I-65 when a trailer tire blew out. We called 2 other shops, one didn’t answer & one didn’t have the tire we needed. Not only did they have the tire, but double checked & called us back before we left our boat sitting on the side of the interstate to come get it. We took the blown out tire in. I was helping some guys who seemed down and out with a flat tire on the bus they we're traveling and living in and brought them to gateway to get a tire put on the rim. These guys were about to close, but they still took the time to do the job and even gave them a super price for the work. I'm bringing all my work here!! Thanks for being so great!!
